Don’t turn away, lest I die
right here, in this place, without Your Love,
behind Your face.)

Sent out despite their cries.
They can’t tell the reasons why.
The mother begins to cry.
She can’t bear to see her baby die…
her baby die.

The Lord up in heaven above
is moved with such tender love
he sends forth the angel
to bring comfort to
the mother and child…
the mother and child.
