Author of life, Sustainer of all; You are the Father

Author of love, Bringer of joy; You are the Father

King over kingdoms, Ruler of ages; You are the Father

Unbeginning Beginner of all, never-ending End; You are the Father

Countless galaxies came forth from Your hand,

And all hold together because of Your command,

All the deserts and the oceans contain numbered grains of sand,

How is it that You care for the sons and daughters of man?

Lord of hosts, whom angels worship; You are the Father

Consuming Fire, You dwell in unapproachable light; You are the Father

Ancient of Days, Your voice is like thunder; You are the Father

Unspeakably holy God of all wisdom and might; You are the Father

Countless galaxies were nothing for You to span,

Time itself You breached to unfold Your awesome, awesome plan,

Dust and straw, pain and sorrow, sin abounding, how could You stand?

Spilled Your own Son's holy blood to adopt the sons and daughters of man...

You are my Father...
