Rebecca is a multi-gifted musician.  As a singer/song writer, guitarist, and worship leader, Rebecca Hawkins rich sound inspires people to draw close with Christ.  Her music evokes a strong desire and message that encourages all to know Jesus and stand strong with our Lord.  Phil. 4-13

     Originally from Riverside, California, Rebecca said her music was her childhood dream.  She delighted family and friends with her singing since the age of 4.  Rebecca's dream involved her playing flute, and guitar during high school; as well as being involved in choir and drama courses throughout her educational journey.   

    Rebecca has been a worship leader and soloist of Southwest Christian Church in Temecula California.  She currently serves in the music ministry at Cornerstone Community Church in Wildomar, California.  Rebecca's southern gospel, blues, and rock music radiates in her concerts.  As a women's worship leader she shares her testimony of God's saving grace at conferences, retreats, and womens' events. 

     In her latest Cd, Highway 7, Rebecca explores the rhythms of blues, rock and roll, and jazz.  Her lyrics have a "story-like" quality that draw from a personal life experience; transformed and testifying of new hope in Christ.  Songs such as "You Conquered All", "Testify", and "Overburdened" evoke themes of redemption and the love of Jesus and Rebecca's sultry voice and melodic tones share this message.

     The Beyond the Blue Cd is filled with God's passion and purpose.  It calls people to our Lord Jesus Christ.  Rebecca draws on her personal experiences to inspire people to develop a closer relationship with God.  Her rich and vibrant voice cascades with soulful sounds of tenor and altos, creating a rich tapeststry of harmonies and rhythms.  Her songs transform people to be in the prescence of Jesus Christ.

     Rebecca is a wife and mother of six.  She and her husband Kevin travel together to share her music ministry with others.  Rebecca and Kevin believe the Word of God changes lives and Christian music restores the soul.
