Song Information:

This song was written in my home office during times when I would get sick of calling people on the phone. I'm in sales . . The idea was the difference between the world's view of things and the Lord's view of things. A couple of years after the song was done, I was involved with worship for a mens group at Calvary Chapel Murrieta. Steve Brown was leading. Every week there was a memory verse and Steve would write a little musical piece to the memory verse and play it that week. It was very cool . . . Well, one week I latched on to the memory verse and did the same thing. It was 1st John 2:15. We played it and I was hooked on it so I played it all the time. Several months later I was playing the song and realized that this little ditty fit in perfectly as an Intro as well as outro with a spot for it in the middle of the song. Anyway, this is how it ended up. One of my favorites that the Lord has given me . . . .
