Well my friends, the new year is upon us. As the fat dawg and myself enjoy our leftover Krystal burgers, I am all consumed by the thoughts of the upcoming 'Live' broadcast New Years Day.
The Shindig will be our 2nd live bradcast since getting the station 'up to speed', a few months ago. I would like to say now, that without the help of our friends, Fred Metz and his son Fred Jr., this station would not be what it is. Their help in the 'techie' arena, is something we will always be grateful for.
We will begin broadcasting at 12:00 noon EST, and go to about 12:00 midnight, or somewhere there about. My 'partner in crime', ( author, friend and wife ), Jocelyn Andersen will be helping me soooo with the interviews. As we talk to many of our great Indie artists and best selling Christian authors ! For those who don't know, this is much her station as it is mine. I just handle the technical stuff ( day to day caretaking, nuts and bolts stuff ).
Truth be told, this is God's radio station. The Lord has lead in this all the way. All the audio sent our way, has been the way He wants it done. I dare say we have the most eclectic radio station on the planet. You will hear stuff on Sharecropper radio that you will hear no place else.
Not bragging, just a fact!
So, tune in New Years Day, or miss out on all that good stuff. I know, it will be something special. God don't make junk!
