Rock Of Ages Fest 08 – For Cancer Research UKThe Asylum Birmingham 6th & 7th Sept 08.As mentioned in the Stairway Blog, the band are booked to appear at the Rock Of Ages Fest this September 7th at The Asylum in Birmingham; also on the bill is Blitzkrieg, Grim Reaper, Tygers Of Pan Tang, Burn, Liquid Sky and others. We can now confirm that Stairway will be appearing on Day 2 of Rock Of Ages Fest 2008. Sat 6th & Sunday 7th September 2008 The Madhouse & Asylum Stairway, Tygers Of Pan Tang, Burn, Gypsy Pistoleros, New Generation Superstars, Waysted, Mr Fixit, Steve Grimmet's "Grim Reaper", Fury UK, Hanging Doll, Spiral Dive, Rock$tar, Advance tickets are scheduled to go on sale 31st Jan 08 and will be priced £13.00 for one day, and £20.00 for the weekend. Festival ReportWell, we had a great time at the two recent Festivals we played – Greenbelt in Cheltenham GB and Rock Of Ages Fest at The Palace in Tamworth GB. For the latter, we managed to donate money to Cancer Research UK, the supported Charity, from CDs and T-shirt sales that were made at the fest - thank you to all who bought on the day and for helping such a great cause.
