Taste The Blood

Taste the Blood

We wander far through the wind and the rain,
We search so hard for a life from the pain,
Lost in our sorrow, we see Him pass by,
We feel the touch of His hand as we cry....

From coast to coast, I cross the seven seas
Seeking out the broken souls who search for me.
With hopelessness, I tempt the earth,
With promises of greatness, I deceive them all.
I point the way, they follow,
I bow before them and they cover me with praise;
I show them lies, they bid to follow,
They hide in darkness; die in pain.

Yes I was there, in history,
When Judas lost his soul to greed’s brutality.
Remember me, in Hitler’s day?
A Nazi sympathizer - hell, it worked for me!
And now the best is yet to follow;
I work my evil and deceive you in His Name.
I blind the children of the Father,
The seed of Abraham.......
Now......

Taste the Blood - Feel the Pain
Taste the Blood - Sacrifice.

Golgotha’s host - the broken three.
Remember Dismus hanging on the sinner’s tree
A hopeless case, so raked with pain.
“Remember me in Heaven
When You come to reign”
There is a new path we can follow.
There is a new song we can sing to end the pain.
There is a way from endless sorrow.
Today in Paradise we.....

Taste the Blood - Flee the pain.
Taste the Blood - See the Christ!
