Empire Captures

Empire captures imagination, captured, selling the story, what to dream, They capture imagination, captured, things are just not what they seem.

Kingdom!   Glimpse! (repeat)

And just like the story goes, same as old days gone by, Empire defeated their foes, spreading their subtle lies, Keeping their masses calm, illusion of progress made, pretending we'll come to no harm, Don't let the empire fade.....Kingdom! Glimpse!

Then a man from a small place, started talking of LOVE, showed us wisdom and pure grace, ascended above!, He subverted the empire!, he did without sword, yes, subverting the empire, his name is JESUS! JESUS!

Multitudes bring them! he spoke of heaven ON earth, gave us keys to the kingdom, try to glimpse its' new birth (here on earth)
