Just an ordinary kid from an ordinary background, who's still ordinary! Many people hide from their feelings because of everyday pressures and perceptions. Whatever the reason pride, insecurity or stubbornness, we sometimes are afraid or ashamed to ask questions about our existence or how God affects our lives. The songs Steve writes ask these questions in discovery or rejoicing, frustration or confusion. They speak about a real world, not a fanciful idealist world. In time, perfection will come, but until then we need to make sense of our world.

Steve has had a wide and varied musical history with routes in youth worship music from the age of 14. His musical training on the double bass led him through performance in a variety of styles including, Jazz Rock, Classical and Pop. Steve is now the Leader of Music at William Lovell Church of England School with responsibilties that include organise worship events for the school on a regular basis.

Steve has been writing songs since he was 14 but only released his debut CD in Dec 2005. Steve makes select appearances in small churches or fellowships sharing the story behind the album Design For Life. The evening comprises acoustic music that is best describes as folk/pop along with tought provoking anecdotes.
